When making a booking you must advise our staff if you live in, or have recently visited a known Covid- 19 hotspot (such as those in Melbourne & Sydney) in the past 2 weeks. We’re doing our best to stay Covid free, and we appreciate your efforts to help us in this mission.
If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 15 prior to your appointment time to allow us to complete your initial assessment.
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time can be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied. The fee will be equal to the value of the initial booking that was made.
During busy holiday periods, we may request payment prior to your booking.
